Thank you to everyone who joined us for our Texas Tech University tailgate this weekend! 🏈

We had a great time bringing Red Raider fans together for an evening of football, food, and fun as we cheered on Texas Tech against the Arizona State Sun Devils. Our team enjoyed connecting with customers, partners, and community members and celebrating a West Texas tradition together.

Save the date for our next tailgate on November 7 as the Red Raiders take on West Virginia! We’ll be back at the same location, with the tailgate starting a few hours before kickoff.

We Are WTG | JJ King – Executive Vice President, Commercial and Marketing

This year, JJ is celebrating 30 years with WTG!

A Midland native, JJ joined WTG in 1996 as Gas Contracts Manager and has grown alongside the company. Throughout his career, he has been driven by one thing above all else: building strong relationships.

Whether strengthening long-standing partnerships, creating new opportunities, or mentoring the next generation of leaders, JJ believes success comes from investing in people. One of his proudest accomplishments has been sharing what he has learned over three decades and watching others grow.

Our team had a great time at the 90th XIT Rodeo & Reunion in Dalhart, TX, over the weekend!

From the rodeo and parade to BBQ at the WTG tents and time spent with the community, it was a memorable few days. One highlight of the weekend: WTG’s parade float, “Rooted in Tradition, Driven by Innovation” won Best Overall.

Thank you to everyone who helped make the 90th XIT Rodeo & Reunion one to remember. We’re grateful to be part of a tradition that continues to bring the Dalhart community together year after year.
