Today was a meaningful day for our Flex family. During the launch of our new Health & Wellness Program, our intern Rafe had the chance to meet Dale, our longest‑serving and most respected employee in Lafayette, Tennessee. Watching the newest member of our team connect with someone who has helped shape Flex from the beginning was a reminder of what makes this place special.

With HR leading the charge on this new program, we’re taking concrete steps to make Flex better — healthier, stronger, and more supportive for every person who walks through our doors. Every member of our Flex family matters. Opportunities like this show exactly why.

🛠️ 1. Maintenance Technician (Full-Time)

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 / hour

The Role: Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance/troubleshooting on mixers, conveyors, and pumps. Handle preventative maintenance, fabrication, and welding (MIG, TIG, Stick).

What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience, strong mechanical troubleshooting skills, and basic PLC knowledge.

👥 2. Production Supervisor – PVC Compounding (Full-Time)

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 / hour

The Role: Provide hands-on leadership to our production staff. Oversee daily compounding and palletization processes, ensure quality control, and troubleshoot specialized equipment (including the BUSS BMP Kneader).

What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of manufacturing supervisory experience, hands on knowledge of BUSS BMP Kneader, and ability to motivate crews while upholding OSHA standards.

🏗️ 3. Production Worker (Day & Night Shifts Available)

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 / hour (2 openings per shift!)

The Role: Support daily PVC compounding operations. Measure, weigh, and stage raw materials; operate mixers, feeders, and extruders; and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

What We’re Looking For: A reliable team player able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods. Prior manufacturing or plastics experience is a major plus!
