🛠️ 1. Maintenance Technician (Full-Time)

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 / hour

The Role: Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance/troubleshooting on mixers, conveyors, and pumps. Handle preventative maintenance, fabrication, and welding (MIG, TIG, Stick).

What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience, strong mechanical troubleshooting skills, and basic PLC knowledge.

👥 2. Production Supervisor – PVC Compounding (Full-Time)

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 / hour

The Role: Provide hands-on leadership to our production staff. Oversee daily compounding and palletization processes, ensure quality control, and troubleshoot specialized equipment (including the BUSS BMP Kneader).

What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of manufacturing supervisory experience, hands on knowledge of BUSS BMP Kneader, and ability to motivate crews while upholding OSHA standards.

🏗️ 3. Production Worker (Day & Night Shifts Available)

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 / hour (2 openings per shift!)

The Role: Support daily PVC compounding operations. Measure, weigh, and stage raw materials; operate mixers, feeders, and extruders; and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

What We’re Looking For: A reliable team player able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods. Prior manufacturing or plastics experience is a major plus!
