As we’re gearing up for another season of the Twin City Farmers Market, we’re looking to our community to help round out our sponsorship goal for the 2026 season.

ATTENTION CUSTOMERS

Due to the large amount of completed equipment that has not been picked up, we will now be implementing a storage policy on all completed repairs.

We currently have equipment that has been completed since February, along with multiple units that have been finished for over a month. Multiple attempts have been made to contact customers regarding pickup.

Effective immediately:

• Trimmers, blowers, chainsaws, and other handheld equipment will be charged a $10.00 per day storage fee after 14 days from the first contact date.

• Lawn mowers, zero turns, riders, and other large equipment will be charged a $20.00 per day storage fee after 14 days from the first contact date.

We appreciate your understanding and ask that all completed equipment be picked up promptly so we can continue providing timely service to all customers.

Another pad we completed today for a business in New Phila.

Customer wanted to be able to drive fork lifts in and out of the conex boxes. Previously the fork lifts were getting stuck in the mud.

Removed the old material and tamped the area with 57 limestone. Poured a new pad at 6” thick.

The previous driveway had cracked and settled in several areas causing trip hazards etc. We removed the old and put down new.

Sewer line replacement we completed yesterday for a customer in Dennison.

We removed 80’ of the old broken clay tile and installed 80’ of new schedule 40 4” drain pipe with a clean out added by the house.

Customer said that she has had problems for a long time with her toilets and drains not working properly.

Some before and after pictures of a recent job we completed.

Customer contacted us to regrade and build up their driveway. The driveway entrance was approximately 8” below the edge of the road.

We delivered, spread and tamped 304 limestone to build up the driveway. We regraded the rest of the driveway and then topped it off with high density 57 limestone.
