Employee Spotlight: Jenny Lopez Hernandez Senior Operations Manager for our Call Center

With 21 years at Group O as part of our Incentive Marketing division, Jenny’s journey is a testament to dedication, growth, and leadership.

Starting as a call center agent, she has worked her way through roles including mentor, supervisor, manager, and now senior operations manager bringing deep expertise in managing teams, monitoring KPIs, and driving both client and employee satisfaction.

One of her favorite things about Group O is its rich history and strong culture. She also values the support and care shown by the Ontiveros family, which makes a lasting impact on employees across the company.

Outside of work, Jenny loves spending time with her family especially at sporting events, traveling together, and watching softball. She’s also a big fan of the Chicago Cubs and Chicago Bulls!
