Looking back on my journey, every time I was afraid to pursue a bigger opportunity, a larger deal, or a higher level of responsibility, there was a mentor a guide who challenged me to step forward anyway.

They saw something in me that I couldn’t always see in myself.

The truth is, entering the cave is never comfortable. It’s filled with uncertainty, self-doubt, and fear of failure. But on the other side is where growth happens.

And the treasure isn’t just financial.

It’s the knowledge you gain.
The confidence you build.
The relationships you develop.
The resilience you earn.
The identity you become.

Every challenge you overcome expands your vision and changes how you see yourself and the world around you.

The opportunities that have transformed my life were almost always hidden behind the decisions I was most afraid to make.

What cave are you avoiding today?

Making big decisions? Be mindful of energy you project. It's a balance. While numbers and spreadsheets weigh heavily (about two-thirds), that gut feeling is crucial. If something doesn't feel right, even with great data, walking away is often the smartest move. Trust your instincts, but back them with due diligence.

Most people don’t lose financially because they lack intelligence. They lose because they make emotional decisions.

High-interest debt.
Buying liabilities to impress people.
Waiting too long to invest.
Chasing hype instead of fundamentals.
Trying to get rich quick instead of building long-term cash flow.

One of the biggest wealth killers is investing in bad deals.

Not every deal is a good deal. Some deals are built on ego, status, glamour, or unrealistic projections. A bad investment can set you back years.

Real wealth is usually built slowly:
• Buying assets below replacement cost
• Creating value through operations
• Managing risk
• Protecting downside
• Building relationships and reputation over time

Don’t invest to look wealthy.
Invest to become financially free.

The goal isn’t fast money.
The goal is sustainable cash flow, ownership, and freedom.

Breaking into deals can feel impossible if you're unknown. The key is persistence. Pitch investors like Cory repeatedly, even if they say no initially. Out of ten, one will likely give you a shot. Then, keep pitching them on subsequent deals, and eventually, they'll all want to do business with you, opening up unlimited capital.

To make money in real estate, you first need knowledge and understanding how the game is played. Then, you need to connect with people who have capital to invest. You might be surprised to learn that most wealthy individuals don't actually work, they make their capital work for them.

I believe in long term meaningful relationships with agents and brokers. So when I meet new broker/agents I offer them a path to get paid THREE times on every deal with us.

Find properties get buy side,
lease them get leasing commissions
list them for sell once stabilized.

We often invite agent brokers to partner with us on best deals. This is how we build real wealth together.
