‼️ WANTED: Pole Barn Builders ‼️
Our sister company, Amish Barns of Virginia/Four Winds Construction (whom is building our tasting room and a new event center), are looking for a crew or workers capable of building post frame structures.
We would be open to either employees or subcontractors. We would be happy to work with other construction companies as a sub for labor only.
Most of our workers should be able to earn $30-$60/hr for driving distance work depending on their efficiency, proficiency, and work ethic. (Most projects are paid “by the job” but the hourly rate falls into that range). If you are willing to travel and can be trusted, you would potentially earn more.
Requirements are honesty, high quality work, and good work ethic. We have numerous Amish crews we love, but being Amish is definitely not required.
