Strategic Sustainment Partner for Fleet Readiness
Parts Life returns to Tinker and the Primes, August 3–6, 2026, at Booth 33 in Midwest City, Oklahoma, with proven sustainment experience supporting the B-1, B-2, B-52, Minuteman III, Air Launched Cruise Missile, F107 engine, and TF33 engine.
Our engineering-led approach earned Parts Life a prototype contract award at the 2025 Tink Tank Reverse Event to Overcome Risk and Obsolescence (RESTORE) event, an innovation-driven competition focused on solving critical depot sustainment and manufacturing challenges at Tinker Air Force Base. During the event, the team presented a R.O.P.E.® obsolescence solution for a critical B-1 Lancer valve assembly and received an on-site contract award to advance the effort.
Proven results include:
✅ Reducing the lead time for a mission-critical Minuteman III tool from over 300 days to 60 days
✅ Restoring access to obsolete F107 propulsion components through material characterization, reverse engineering, prototype development, and manufacturing process definition
✅ Developing manufacturable technical data and prototype hardware for B-1 and B-2 MICAP requirements
✅ Supporting B-52 and TF33 engine sustainment through alternate-source development and complex tube assembly production
Connecting reverse engineering and technical data development directly with prototype integration, manufacturing, remanufacturing, recertification, and depot overflow support enables Parts Life to convert unresolved requirements into qualified, repeatable sustainment solutions. This integrated approach restores supply continuity, reduces acquisition lead times, returns critical components to service, and protects operational availability across aging aircraft and strategic systems.
Meet Director of Product Christopher Fest, Director of Business Development Chris Small, Strategic Account Managers Andrew Klitchko and Daniel Fisher, and Contracts Manager Rachel Kaluhiokalani at Booth 33.
Connect with the team to discuss obsolete and no-bid requirements, incomplete technical data, remanufacturing and depot backlogs, alternate-source production, prototype development, source approval, and acquisition pathways for advancing sustainment solutions.
