📻 Dispatcher (Moscow, PA)
We are seeking a Dispatcher to serve as the communications hub for our field operations.
Responsibilities include:
• Communicating with Bail Enforcement Agents, law enforcement, 911 Dispatchers, corrections staff, and clients during active operations.
• Monitoring and documenting field activity.
• Assisting with administrative and small office duties.
• Representing our company at community events, fairs, and public outreach functions.
• Helping keep our operations organized and running smoothly.
This is an on-call, as-needed position paying $20.00 per hour for all operational dispatch hours worked. From time to time, dispatchers may also be asked to volunteer their spare time to assist with community events, public appearances, and other company functions.
We're looking for someone who is:

Previous experience in dispatching, public safety, emergency communications, customer service, or Microsoft Office is a plus—but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who has the right attitude and work ethic.

👮♀️ Female Bail Enforcement Agent (Moscow, PA)
We are also looking to add another female Bail Enforcement Agent to our growing team to assist with investigations, surveillance, and fugitive apprehension operations.
This is an on-call, as-needed position. Bail Enforcement Agents are compensated upon the successful completion of casework and apprehensions, making this an excellent opportunity for those seeking meaningful work with flexible availability.
*Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in law enforcement, corrections, military, security, investigations, or other public safety fields is encouraged—but not required.
• Pennsylvania Act 235 Certification is strongly recommended for those wishing to carry a firearm but is not required to apply.
• Applicants who choose not to carry a firearm must be willing to complete company-approved training with authorized less-lethal equipment.
