FREE Masterclass NEXT WEEK! 💖

If fitness has been a huge part of your life, but lately you’ve found yourself wondering…
“What’s next?”
“What do I actually want to do with everything I’ve learned in all this?”
“How do I turn this part of my story into something MORE?”
…you need to be at this. 👀

I’m hosting a FREE 30-minute live webinar:
BEYOND THE STAGE: How to turn your fitness journey into purpose, impact & opportunity

📅 Next Wednesday, Sept 23
⏰ 1:30pm CT / 2:30pm ET
💻 Zoom Online + FREE

We’re going to talk about your identity beyond competing, personal branding, how to actually use social media with purpose, the 3 C’s I want you focusing on, and the different ways your experience in the fitness world can lead to opportunities — from coaching clients & business growth to collaborations, partnerships, speaking and more.

And just to be clear…
You do NOT need or want to become an influencer. 😂
You don’t need a huge following. You don’t need a business already.
You don’t need your “next thing” figured out.

This is for the woman who simply knows:
Fitness has given me a lot… and I think I’m supposed to do something with it.

Comment/DM “BTS” and I’ll send you the registration link or register through the link in my bio.

And yes — I’ll share a little about Fit For Purpose at the end for anyone interested in joining us when we begin Sept 27, but this training is FREE and valuable all on its own.

Come hang out with me. 🙌🏼💪🏼

Posting more isn’t the goal. Posting with PURPOSE is. 👏🏼

It’s really easy to get caught up in all the social media questions…
- How often should I post?
- What time should I post?
- Should this be a Reel or a carousel?
- What audio is trending right now?

And yes — those things can matter.
But they matter a whole lot less if you haven’t figured out what you actually want your content to DO.

Your social media should help people understand:
✨ who you are
✨ what you believe
✨ what you know (that can help them)
✨ who exactly you help
✨ and why they should keep paying attention

You don’t need to share everything you know.
And you definitely don’t need to post every day.

You just need to learn how to take your story, experience, knowledge and perspective and communicate it in a way that educates, serves, connects and creates opportunities.

That’s how you start building a platform with your personal brand instead of simply collecting followers.

And it’s a HUGE part of what we work through inside Fit For Purpose. 💗

If you’re a competitor, former competitor, coach, or woman in the fitness industry who knows you have more to offer, but you’re not quite sure how to turn it into a clear brand + offer + platform…

Fit For Purpose is enrolling now. We start on Sept 20.

Your physique gets you to the stage.
Your stage presence helps people SEE it.

Stage presence isn’t just smiling harder or trying to look confident.

It’s control.
Knowing where your body is.
Knowing how to create shape.
Knowing how to breathe without losing your waist.
Knowing how to move without looking rushed or rigid.
Knowing how to transition without dropping your posture (or glutes).
That’s what we’re working on September 26.

Mobility. Core control. Breath work. Posing.
Not just learning where to put your hands and feet — learning how to actually use your body on stage.

You can’t pose through a position your body can’t access.

We’re about halfway full for our first one in Nashville so sign up via the link in my bio if you want to attend! 🔗

Next one will be in Huntsville on Saturday, November 14. Stay tuned for more dates in 2027 💪🏼

The judges are “judging” your mandatory poses… but they SEE everything as you move between them too. 👀

Being able to maintain your shape through the transitions, while you’re moving, and while you’re breathing is CRUCIAL.

That’s where posing becomes so much more than simply memorizing where to put your body.

And I’ve been working on something that goes a little deeper into the connection between mobility, breath, core control + posing. 👀

YOUR COMPETITION WAS A CHAPTER — NOT THE WHOLE STORY.

One of the hardest parts of competing can actually happen after the show.
For months, you had a goal. A timeline. A routine.
Something you were working toward every single day.
Then suddenly... it’s over.

And for a lot of competitors, that’s when the post-show blues start to creep in.
If you’re feeling a little lost, unmotivated, or wondering, ‘What am I even doing or working toward now?’ — you’re definitely not alone.
This may be the perfect time to start thinking beyond your next competition.

Fit For Purpose was created to help female competitors and women in the fitness industry take everything they’ve gained through their fitness journey — their story, experience, knowledge, and personal growth — and discover how to use it to create more opportunities and make an impact beyond the stage.

Inside the 6-week online program, you’ll learn how to get clearer on your purpose, build a personal brand that actually reflects who you are, create content with intention, and position yourself for opportunities that align with where you want to go next.

Your fitness journey gave you more than a great physique.
Now it’s time to figure out what you want to build with it.

This is what you’ve been asking for!

STAGE PRESENCE WORKSHOP
Mobility & Core Control for the Stage

📆 SATURDAY, SEPT 26
⏰ 11am - 1pm
📍 Nashville Gym TBD

You can build an incredible physique and still struggle to SHOW it.

If you’ve been told you need to work on your core control, pull in your waistline, or if posing feels painful and restricted lets work on 3 important components that will make a huge difference.

This is the exact process we’ll take you through:

ACTIVATE:
Wake up the nervous system using breath work and give your tissue and joints the freedom they need to align and move.

ACCESS:
Once we’ve woken up your nervous system, we begin using the breath work to align your joints and control mobility movements necessary for to help you create shape on stage. The breath work is an important part of learning to access the core muscles necessary to cinch vs brace.

ALLOW:
Here is where we put it all together and you stop thinking breath work and mobility is a time suck. Every breath and every mobility exercise is not extra is actually part of your routine.

By the end of the workshop, you’ll know when to inhale, when to exhale and cinch, and when to recover so the judges see the shape you’ve truly built.

EXECUTE:
Now we practice everything you just learned in real time while you’re posing!
During individual presentations, walking, AND comparison run throughs you’ll learn to master your breathing and core on stage.

Stop forcing the pose.

Activate the mind muscle connection.
Access the movement patterns.
Allow the flow.
Execute the physique presentation.

Silhouette > Everything

Hand placement seems like such a small posing detail, but placing your hand too high can visually cover the smallest part of your waist — exactly what you want the judges to be able to see when the goal is a perfect hour glass X-frame.

Your hand can help open you up and should frame your shape, not interrupt it.

Save this one for your next posing practice! ✨
