Does humility make you a weaker leader—or a stronger one?

For much of my career, I believed strong leadership meant being confident, decisive, visionary, and driven.

Humility? Definitely not at the top of the list.

But experience has taught me something different. The strongest leaders don't have to have all the answers. They have the confidence to listen, admit when they're wrong, ask for help, and give others the opportunity to lead.

That can be especially important in a family business, where today's leader is often responsible for preparing tomorrow's leader.
