Tennessee Captioning is excited to announce an important evolution in our leadership team as of June 1, 2026. We want to thank you for your continued support, which has been the foundation of our success.
New President: Greta Bourgeois has stepped into the role of President.
Chair & Owner: Karyn Menck has transitioned into the role of Chair and will remain fully active and involved with the company as Owner.
You will not notice any major changes in our day-to-day services, except that Greta will now primarily be answering emails and phone calls. Greta and Kelly will maintain their current administrative duties to guarantee absolute continuity and the high standard of service you expect.
Please use our main business lines rather than Karyn’s personal email or cell phone for company matters, as personal lines will not get a response as quickly.
