Originally from Philadelphia, PA, Rich brings an impressive 39 years of industry experience and has been a valued member of the RevSpring team for the past nine years. Throughout his career, he's built lasting relationships and developed a deep appreciation for what matters most in business: people.

When asked about his favorite aspect of the job, Rich's answer is simple:

"The people. Over the years, I've had the opportunity to meet many talented professionals who have become valued friends."

Chris plays a key role at RevSpring, managing direct customer relationships while also leading our Channel Partner program across the ARM and Financial Services markets. He works closely with technology partners to build connections, solve challenges, and create meaningful impact for customers.

With more than 30 years of industry experience and four years at RevSpring, Chris brings deep expertise, strong relationships, and a collaborative mindset to everything he does. What he enjoys most? Working alongside customers and partners to find solutions that drive real financial and operational results.

Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife Tracy of 31 years, their four sons, and his extended Wabash College family. Fun fact: all four of his sons are proud Wabash Men!

With 11 years in the industry and 4 years at RevSpring, Bob Darby is dedicated to building strong client partnerships and delivering solutions that align with each organization’s unique goals.

Based in Yorktown, IN, Bob’s approach is rooted in collaboration and connection.

His favorite part of the job?

Partnering with clients to identify the right solutions for their needs and working together to solve challenges. He especially values time spent meeting in person, strengthening relationships, and getting to know clients beyond the business conversation, often over a shared meal.

Tennis plays a central role in the Darby family. Bob and his wife both played at the collegiate level, their daughter is currently competing in college, and their youngest son hopes to follow the same path. Their oldest son chose a different direction from his high school tennis career, pursuing bull riding and working with horses.

Bob also enjoys gardening, home improvement projects, and unwinding with music from artists like John Coltrane, the Grateful Dead, and Tom Waits.

Blair brings more than two decades of experience across operations leadership, enterprise account management, and cloud-based customer engagement. His background managing complex receivables environments gives him a strong, practical perspective when helping organizations align payment strategy with real-world workflows and performance goals.

He has partnered with financial institutions, digital lenders, BPOs, and consumer-facing technology companies to modernize payment journeys, reduce friction across the lifecycle, and drive measurable ROI.

Blair will focus on the Fintech, Buy Now Pay Later, and Digital Agency markets.
