Wednesday slump? Not on our watch. Swap the standard weeknight dinner for something with a little more kick today!

A half-pound Texas Akaushi Wagyu beef patty loaded with Carolina Reaper Monterey Jack, habanero bacon jam, crispy jalapeños, house reaper honey, and cilantro lime aioli on a sweet sourdough bun. It’s hot outside, it’s hotter in here!

🍻Behind the scenes on a Monday at WildFlyer! 🛠️

Even when the taprooms are closed, there’s plenty happening behind the scenes to get ready for the week ahead:

🌾 Brew Day & Spent Grains: Jeff spent the day brewing a fresh batch of b**r! That meant scooping out heaps of spent grain—which is on its way to feed our plumber’s cows. (Stay tuned tomorrow morning for a video of our piggies getting their share of the spent grain feast, too! 🐖)

📺 Patio Upgrade: Jeff also got a TV mounted out on the patio! We are officially counting down the days until those fall temperatures hit so we can REALLY enjoy the outdoors! 🍂🏈

🪵 Hallway Project: Chelsea was hard at work cutting wood and building out a new hallway project today. A little paint tomorrow and it’ll be ready for you to see when we open back up on Wednesday!

TWO YEARS AGO!😮

On August 26, 2024 - we let the cat out of the bag and announced the opening of our second location in Downtown Navasota!

These past two years have absolutely FLOWN by!

We have loved sharing our passion with so many new faces and familiar friends.
This location has allowed us to:
👰🤵Host weddings at our beautiful farm location
🏃‍♂️Create a community through run club, puzzle nights, midweek BINGO and Trivia and more!
🍔Stretch our culinary offerings - those burgers?!?!
🍻🥂 Make even more mead and b**r right here in Navasota
+ more memories and smiles than we can possibly list out here.

We are looking forward to making more memories with you!

🤫The secret is finally out!

If you haven't heard, we have been working for two years to open a second location in downtown Navasota. It's going to allow us to do some amazing things! First, we'll have more capacity to increase our reach. Look for WildFlyer Meads in more retail locations in the - hopefully - near future. Second, we are having a brand update. We will become WildFlyer Mead and B**r Company. Yep, you read that right, we will soon be offering b**r in addition to our meads. The fermenters are already bubbling away!

We are super excited to finally announce our grand opening to the public at our new tasting room on September 20th. Fret not, however, our country home on the farm is still rocking! We will just have two amazing locations just down the road from each other. You'll get to choose your own adventure!
