When is the right time to jump into the housing market? ⏰️

In Craven County and surrounding areas the answer seems to be, 5️⃣ years ago! The truth though is that supply and demand in our area fluctuates, and in the last 5️⃣ years buyers have out numbered sellers. Hurricanes, covid, and material shortages have amplified this trend and have pushed home prices upward.

But... there is hope!🙌

The interest rate has been dancing in the mid six range and we have seen more affordable housing hitting our market than has in years.
