Genesys Xperience 2026 highlighted a fundamental shift in customer experience. Success will not be determined simply by how much AI an organization deploys, but by its ability to bring together technology, data, operations and expertise to create outcomes that customers actually value.

The two-day event was a valuable opportunity to connect with clients, partners and prospects. We spoke with organizations about moving AI from experimentation to measurable impact, modernizing complex CX environments, connecting legacy and cloud technologies, and keeping human expertise and responsible governance at the center of transformation. These conversations will continue in the weeks and months ahead.

Across the keynotes, customer stories and expert sessions, the conversation moved beyond isolated AI use cases. Genesys Chairman and CEO Tony Bates emphasized that succeeding in the agentic era requires a new operating model built around connected experiences, collaboration between people and AI, governed autonomy and measurable outcomes.

The keynote, “Your Map for Success with Genesys Cloud,” brought that vision to life through six customer stories. For the Miratech team, it was especially meaningful to see AAA Auto Club Enterprises’s story included among the real-world examples of organizations turning AI strategy into tangible results.

The importance of integration came into focus during “Integration Is the Experience,” presented by Erik Delorey, Director of Innovation Engineering at Miratech. His message was clear: AI can only create meaningful value when it connects effectively with customer data, legacy platforms, operational systems and the people responsible for delivering the experience.

The session also introduced a practical integration scorecard that organizations can use to assess their readiness, identify gaps and establish priorities for cloud CX and AI transformation.

Thank you to Genesys for creating a forum where the CX community can exchange knowledge, challenge ideas and have purposeful conversations about what comes next.

Israel brings more than 20 years of international legal leadership experience across multinational technology-driven companies. He has built and led teams across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and the Americas, advising on complex commercial, regulatory, governance, compliance, M&A, and transformation matters.

Most recently, Israel served as SVP & Head of Legal, Americas at Signify. He also brings extensive experience in the digital and AI transformation of the legal function, developing practical frameworks and governance for a rapidly changing business environment.

On August 24, 1991, at 21:04, a Ukrainian flag was carried into the Verkhovna Rada as Ukraine declared its independence.

It was not a standard flag. During the Soviet period, displaying the Ukrainian flag could lead to persecution, and fabric in the traditional deep blue color was difficult to find. The activists who secretly made this flag used the material they could get. It was light blue instead and measured exactly 7.34 metres.

Today, replicas of that historic flag are helping Ukraine once again.

Miratech has joined an initiative supporting the Come Back Alive Foundation (https://savelife.in.ua/en/) by purchasing 10 of the 1,000 limited-edition replicas. Our contribution will support the purchase of unmanned ground robotic systems for Ukraine’s Defense Forces.

The flags will find their place across Miratech. We plan to display them in our offices in Kyiv, Warsaw, and Vinnytsia, while others will be given as meaningful gifts. One will remain in our Kyiv office as a reminder of the people who fought for Ukraine’s freedom 35 years ago and those defending it today.

Some symbols carry history. This one now carries help as well.
