Say what you saw, say what it caused, say what you need next. No labels, no character verdicts, no guessing at motives. Just the work, plainly said.

Three sentences change a meeting completely... name the decision, name the owner, name the date.

Most meetings end with everybody nodding and nobody knowing who does what. That is not a meeting, that is a conversation with chairs.

Name it before you leave the room, and the work finally has somewhere to go.
