I swear one year olds are my favorite little humans to photograph. 🤍

The personality starts shining through, they’re constantly on the move, and the silly faces are nonstop. This sweet boy had his tongue out half the session and honestly… his little doggies surrounding him were matching his vibe perfectly. 🐶

These milestone sessions are such a special one to capture because this stage is gone in the blink of an eye. The baby curls, the wobble walks, the giggles, the chaos — all of it somehow becomes the stuff you miss most. ✨

Wild to think it’s already been one year since the tornado ripped through St. Louis. Every time it storms now, my little Goldie asks, “Is it going to tornado?” 🥺

On another note… these two are so lucky to have found each other and celebrate one beautiful year together. Happy Anniversary, Sydney & Jordan! 🥂

Mother’s Day really snuck up on me this year… which feels fitting because I’m pretty sure I blinked and somehow it’s already MAY. 😅 MAYCEMBER!

Lately it feels like I’m constantly trying to stay on top of all the things — gallery deliveries, answering emails, keeping my body strong and trained for all the chaos, doing homework with littles, throwing in a “quick” laundry cycle before sessions, remembering what day it is, reheating the same morning coffee three times… you know, the usual. 😂

But honestly, getting to photograph moms and families in the middle of all the chaos and sweetness of life will always mean so much to me. These seasons move SO fast, even when the days feel long.

And a reminder to all the moms: your kids are never going to care if everyone was perfectly behaved, dressed or if everything went exactly as planned. They’re just going to love having the memories with their #1.

Tiny hands, sleepy smiles, and the sweetest new title of all… big brother. 🤍 Watching him love on his brand new baby sibling was pure magic. These first days go by in a blur, but moments like these deserve to be remembered forever. Welcome to the world, little one.
