Teamwork makes the dream work… especially when there’s an event to produce! 🙌

It takes a lot of coordination, quick thinking, and hard work to bring an event to life, and we’re lucky to work with a team that brings it every time.

A little appreciation for the people behind the scenes who keep things moving!

A closer look at one of our recent stage designs. ✨

From awards programs celebrating big achievements to conferences bringing people together—and even putting a Grammy Award-winning musician in the spotlight — we love creating stages that fit the moment.

Every event is different, and that’s what makes the work so much fun. From the overall design to the details that bring it all together, we’re here to turn your vision into a stage that makes an impact.

Every event has a few casualties. 💀😂

The original timeline. The first version of the deck. That one “tiny” last-minute change…

What would you add to the list? 👇

POV: You said “grab some lunch” and this is what showed up. 🥨

Our team is in Chicago working an event, and this may be the largest pretzel we’ve ever seen.

Honestly, we’re impressed. And slightly concerned. 😂

Small space? No problem. 👏

When every inch of the room matters, we know how to make the most of it. For this AI conference, Andrew is showing us how our trusted laser projector and short throw lens helped bring the big-screen experience to a space where a traditional setup just wouldn’t fit.

Because limited space shouldn’t mean limited possibilities. 🎥✨

Throwback to a great day in Hollywood, FL! ☀️🚗💨

Kevin treated the team to a scenic convertible ride, and we took full advantage of the sunshine, good weather, and plenty of laughs along the way.

We spend a lot of time working together to bring great events to life, so it’s always fun to step away from the work and enjoy some time together. Good people, good vibes, and fun memories to look back on!

Every event has the potential for a little spooky surprise. 👻

The good news? Our team is used to thinking on their feet. We troubleshoot, adapt, and find solutions so a small problem doesn’t turn into a big one. 🎃 😉

Andrew has the ultimate camera setup! 🎥 🙌 With monitors keeping an eye on both the main stage and streaming feed, he’s ready to catch every moment and get the shot.

Event production is all about multitasking, problem-solving, and being ready for whatever comes your way. Our team wears a lot of hats to keep things moving and make sure our clients’ events look their best.
