This week is already off to an amazing start!!!

It’s fall in New York City and I’m here to play music to attend a podcast conference and to host a women’s business networking event

I just love this time of year so much and that energy is giving me a lot of joy to participate in all of these events.

I used to wake up already feeling behind.

Before my feet hit the floor, there was already a running list in my head of everything the business needed from me.

Clients. Staff. Emails. Events. Problems to solve. Decisions to make.

And for a long time, I thought that was just what it felt like to be ambitious.

To care deeply about your work.

To be the person in charge.

But the strange thing was, I had started my business because I wanted more freedom.

More creativity. More adventure. More control over my time. More space to take care of myself.

And somehow I'd built something successful that was giving me less and less of all of those things.

It took me years to understand that the answer wasn't simply to work harder, get more disciplined or find the perfect marketing strategy.

I needed to build the business differently.

And that started with me.

Because before the offer, the messaging, the marketing or the sales strategy — there is a human being running the business.

Your energy matters.

Your capacity matters.

Your strengths matter.

Your health matters.

The life you're trying to create matters.

YOU are the foundation.

And then we can build the systems around you.

A clear offer you genuinely believe in.

Messaging that sounds like you and connects with the people you're here to help.
