Moments like these remind me why I continue this work.

When I stand in a room filled with people from different walks of life, listening, sharing stories, asking questions, and seeking understanding. I am reminded that our humanity connects us more deeply than anything that divides us.

My work as a speaker, author, teacher, and guide has never been about being on a stage or signing a book. It has always been about something much simpler and much more meaningful: using my voice to create spaces where people feel seen, heard, and understood.

I believe deeply in the power of the Enneagram as a tool for compassion and self-awareness. Not to label us, but to help us understand ourselves and one another with more grace.

Every conversation, every book, every gathering is an invitation, an invitation to heal, to reconnect, and to remember that we belong to one another.

If my voice can help bring even a little more love, kindness, and understanding into the world, then I know I am exactly where I am meant to be.

And for that, I am deeply grateful.

Before this day ends, I want to pause and honor the women of the world.

International Women’s Day is more than a celebration—it is a moment to recognize the quiet courage, resilience, wisdom, and love that women carry into every space they enter.

Women have always been builders of possibility.
We nurture families, communities, movements, and dreams.
Sometimes loudly, sometimes quietly—but always with strength that often goes unseen.

To every woman who is leading, healing, learning, raising others, standing back up after hardship, or simply doing her best to move through the world with dignity—today I celebrate you.
