Next week the East Side belongs to the motorcades.

Climate Week September 20 to 27. UN General Assembly high-level week September 22 to 28. Receptions, breakfasts and panels stacked across a Midtown footprint that changes without notice.

A week like this gets staffed differently. Call times built against the closures, the walk-in route instead of the address, leads on site early enough that the problem is solved before the client hears about it.

Coat check season starts this month, and it is the most underestimated station at any event.

Two hundred guests check a coat inside twenty minutes at the top of the night. At the end they all want them back inside ten. Nobody thinks about that station until it is thirty people deep and it is the last thing guests touch on their way out the door.

It is a staffing problem, not a closet problem.

We staff it - along with bartenders, servers, captains, brand ambassadors and registration too!
