This is the moment we’ve been waiting to share with you. Fearless in 5, founder Jennifer Tishman Willey’s first book, is launching in the UK this week.

If you have ever felt like a fraud, avoided a conversation you knew you needed to have, or burned yourself out trying to prove you belong - this book was written for you.

It's for anyone who has ever held back a great idea because they were afraid of being judged. For anyone who has stayed quiet in the room when they had something worth saying. For anyone who hasn't gotten in the driver's seat when it comes to mapping out their future or advocated for themselves when they should have.

7 years of research and writing went into this practical guide—along with how to harness woven throughout—so you can confidently communicate, grow the relationships that open real doors, and give you the life you deserve more easily and faster.

The book IS available for pre-order right now in all English-speaking countries, with the US official launch coming this Fall.

After you pre-order, head to fearless-in-5.com to unlock some incredible bonuses, including:
1. A free Win-Win Networking Masterclass - because the connections you build are the opportunities you create
2. An invitation to our live Fearless in 5 Book Launch Event, with a variety of learning sessions, live Q&A, coaching, and a chance to connect with others on the same journey
3. A one-year premium subscription to the Fear Less Learning Library, in my new "Flip the Fear" substack community

--> The total bonus value is $428/£319. This is only available to our community during the pre-launch window.

Resiliency and the ability to reinvent yourself--whether it's your skills, job or even place in life--is critical for all of us. Now more so than ever, with AI replacing jobs, economic uncertainty and many of moving from roles as parents to caregivers of our parents.

Thankfully for our founder and CEO, Jennifer Tishman Willey, reinvention is part of her DNA. She learned from a young age how to deal with disappointment and changing circumstances by pivoting, being open to new opportunities and being unafraid of pressing the reset button.

Now, she hopes her story will help inspire others to embrace new things and lean into their next chapter.

You can learn more about her journey in the New Jersey Voyager magazine profile on her, as part of their "Changemakers - Stories that Inspire" series.

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jennifer Willey. Hi Jennifer, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory. When I look back on my career, what surprises me most is that while I’ve had many different jobs, they’ve all been rooted in ...

If you or someone you know is looking for a job, invest three minutes to watch these tips… That I shared with a graduating MB a student, who is searching for their first job. FYI, SHRM is the industry Association for HR professionals. If you’re not in human resources, find out what the industry association is, that would be relevant for your career. Not sure? Ask .

Looking for a job? Know someone who is?

Whether it's your first one - or hopefully your last! - check out a few highlights from a mentoring discussion I had with a young woman graduating from Berkeley College.

As we wrapped up the call, we realized that we had recorded the conversation and that it would benefit others looking to amp up their career growth.

Since it's still March and the International Women's Day theme this year is "Give to Gain," our Founder has devoted a lot of time 'giving' by training and mentoring female entrpreneurs (through Women's Business Enterprise National Council - WBENC), women trying to get back on their feet (through Working for Women), small and independent business owners, HR leaders, and young women starting or growing their careers.

How are you recognizing this year's theme? And what advice can you add for job seekers?

[Note: For those of you not in the People and Culture world of work, SHRM stands for the Society of Human Resource Management]

What if one of the biggest barriers holding women back… is sometimes other women?

Today’s International Women’s Day 2026 theme, “Give to Gain,” reminds us that when we invest in women through mentorship, sponsorship, and opportunity, everyone benefits.

hashtag is NOT only about raising awareness for men that women deserve equal opportunities and pay for equal work. It’s about women doing the same for women too. That’s because the “queen bee phenomenon” still holds women back.

Research shows that when opportunities for women feel limited, some women feel pressure to be the woman who stands out… as if there’s only room for one queen in the hive.

But hives don’t thrive because of one bee. They thrive when the whole hive is buzzing together. A single bee can’t pollinate a field, make honey 🍯 or sustain the hive on it’s own.

The magic happens when the entire colony is working, learning, and lifting each other up.

So what can you do to strengthen the hive?
• Mentor someone who reminds you of your younger self
• Introduce two people who should know each other
• Share advice instead of guarding it
• Speak up when bias shows up
• Open doors for others that have been previously shut
• Advocate for her when she’s not in the room (that’s what sponsorship is!)

The data shows that when everyone does this, we make more money, honey—as orgs that advance women see stronger innovation, better financial performance, and attract and retain top talent.

So today—and every day—let’s squash the myth that there’s only room for one queen bee. Let’s stop competing with each other so we can get the hive buzzing (fearlessly!) together.

Happy 🐝
