Good morning. I have a praise report. My client’s credit score recently dropped due to a 90-day student loan late payment. Last month, a woman called me around 8 or 9 pm, crying and talking very fast. Her baby was crying in the background also. All her credit scores dropped to the mid 500’s I was driving with my friend, doing errands, and she pulled over so I could talk. To be honest, I was a bit annoyed since it was Friday night, and I’m trying to have a 5 pm cut-off time. She was referred to me by a loan officer I met on TikTok. Over the past month, I’ve spoken with both about six times. On Friday, I told him we still had time. This morning, I checked, and the late payments are gone and the credit scores are back up!
I was very nervous to take on this file. Late payments are very hard!!!
