MATERIAL MONDAY!

Another installment of Material Monday, the posts where we talk about the different types of materials we use to make your signs!
Today's post...

PVC!

PVC, or Polyvinyl Chloride, is a durable, lightweight and versatile form of expanded plastic that is a common material used for a variety of signs like the Tabletop stands as seen in the picture below.
PVC is also the World's third-most produced material of it's kind!
It comes in two basic forms: Rigid (as in PVC pipes used for irrigation) and Flexible (as in the signage we use).
After heating to high temperatures, PVC can be manipulated into many shapes which is why it's one of the most versatile materials we offer!

Today we're starting a weekly Post called,

Today's post is about: 4mil Coroplast

Coroplast is the post common used material in sign making. It's great for yard signs mainly used for Open Houses and Yard Sales but the utility of the material can be used for a variety of signs including Tabletop or even full sized A-frames!
4mil is describing the thickness which makes it the perfect size to pair with a wire stake that stands the sign tall in the grass!
