We are currently seeking a full time Administrative Assistant!

Location:
Northport, AL

Responsibilities:
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office
-Managing financials and budgets
-Collaborating with colleagues
-Managing billings, purchase orders, and expense tracking.
-Shipping, receiving, and distribution of samples and office packages
-Scheduling and customer communication
-Fielding customer requests and logging information

Qualifications:
-Strong organizational skills
-Self motivated
-Ability to multitask
-Experience in quickbooks (not mandatory, but preferred)

Schedule and Hours:
8:00 A.M. until 4:00 P.M.
Monday - Friday
