Today, we celebrate Jan’s birthday—and the incredible person at the heart of The Brew Group.

Jan is so much more than a part of our company. She represents what we value most: **integrity, genuine service to others, and doing the right thing even when no one is watching.** Her care for our customers, our team, and the people around her has helped shape who we are as a company.

But above everything else, Jan values her family. Her two children are at the center of her world, and the love, commitment, and example she gives them are among the things we admire most about her.

I’m especially thankful for Jan as my wife and for the life we’ve built together. Through the challenges, the growth, the business, and all of life’s adventures, she has been my partner and my constant.
