What do you do when your tenant disappears, leaving you with a daunting warehouse decommissioning that could cost as much as $500,000 out of pocket?

You call MASF.

We received a call from a property manager in a bind. Their tenant had defaulted, and after court proceedings, possession of the building had been handed back. What they were left with was a massive third-party warehousing facility, spanning over one million square feet with more than 100 loading docks.

The Problem: This property owner was looking at a significant burden:

> 2,000 semi-loads of palletized product
> 30+ affected companies that needed said product returned
> Only 30 days to get the property cleaned out to broom-swept condition

For all of the work that needed to be done, our client expected to pay over $500,000 out of pocket.

Not only did MASF get the job done on time, but through coordinated product returns and a successful liquidation of the remaining assets, our client walked away with a check for $100,000, rather than the $500,000 bill they expected.
