📧 [email protected] We both grew up right here in the Ogden area and attended Fremont High School. I got my start in the construction industry during my senior year of high school, working on large commercial job sites. After returning home from my mission, I started working alongside my father-in-law, who is a tile contractor. Around that same time, I began picking up skid steer jobs on the side with a few buddies, and that's where Hunde Dirtworks really began. Hauling old asphalt off a guy's property with a dump trailer. That is, until I got to the dump and realized I'd overloaded the trailer and had to shovel a bunch of it out by hand. Safe to say, we've learned a thing or two since then! What started as a few side jobs has grown into a company offering landscaping, excavation, grading, and dirtwork services throughout Northern Utah. From day one, our goal has been simple: build a business based on honesty, clear communication, hard work, and quality results. We're proud to be a locally owned, family-operated business serving the same communities we grew up in. Every job, big or small, is an opportunity to earn someone's trust, and that's something we don't take lightly. Thank you for supporting our small business and being part of our journey!

Another project wrapped up! 💪 Pulled out the grass in this park strip and put down white rock. Turned out clean, and now there’s less to mow and water!

Another xeriscape transformation knocked out!

We stayed late to get this rock job finished, cleaned up, and looking sharp. The late nights are worth it when the final result turns out this good!

Meet HUNDE Dirtworks!

Hey Northern Utah! I’m Benya Hunde and this is my beautiful wife Abby. Together we own and operate Hunde Dirtworks.

We grew up here in the Ogden area, and both went to Fremont High school. I started working in the construction industry on big commercial job sites my senior year. After returning from my mission, I started working with my father in law who is a tile contractor, and took on some skid steer jobs on the side with some buddies.

Our first job? Hauling off old asphalt from a guys property with a dump trailer. I felt like I’d hit the big leagues, until I went to dump the trailer and had over loaded it, so had to shovel some out by hand.😅

About 6 months ago, I decided to grow this business full time, built on foundations of honesty, communication, and hard work!
