Exciting entry-level opportunity to jumpstart your career with a long-established and growing company! You will be responsible for managing the reception area alongside some limited billing assistance. All training will be provided, and prior experience is not required. Good multitasking skills preferred.

Days: Monday – Friday
Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm
Day Shift (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
Job Type: Full-time

Overtime is required on occasion depending upon workload (but rare).

Responsibilities and Duties
· Answer and direct incoming phone calls to proper employee.
· Direct office visitors to proper location.
· Post daily pickup changes for the drivers.
· Monitor postage accounts and collect prepaid postage as needed. Also alert customers when postage balance is low.
· Assist with the invoicing process.
· Manage the office supplies while restocking monthly as needed.
· Other office related tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· At least 1 year of experience in similar position is strongly encouraged
· Ability to effectively communicate with peers and participate in team environment
· Basic troubleshooting, math and analytical skills.
· Effective time management and ability to effectively handle stressful situations on occasion.
· Reasonably skilled with computers and general office equipment (e.g. printer).
· Entry Level position; Will train!

Education:
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
