🚨 BIG NEWS FROM KREATOR WEAR! 🚨

📦 ORDER TRACKING IS COMING THIS WEEK! 📦

Ever wonder where your uniforms are in the production process? Tired of having to message for updates?

We’re making that a thing of the past! 🙌

At Kreator Wear, we’re always looking for ways to improve your experience. That’s why we’re introducing a NEW ORDER TRACKING SYSTEM designed to give our customers more transparency, better communication, and peace of mind from start to finish!

🔥 HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:

You’ll be able to follow your order through every major stage of the process:

✅ Order Submitted – Your order has been officially placed.

✅ Proofs Approved – Your final artwork is approved and ready for production.

✅ Order Shipped – Your uniforms are on their way from our supplier.

✅ Arrived at KTK – Your order has arrived at Kreator Wear.

✅ Shipped to You – Your order is on its way to your doorstep!

📧 WHAT’S CHANGING?

Starting this week, an email address will be required for all team orders so customers can receive order tracking updates.

Please note: This system will initially be available for team orders only. Individual orders and add-ons will not be included during the initial rollout.

💯 LESS GUESSWORK. BETTER COMMUNICATION. MORE PEACE OF MIND.

We understand how important your uniforms are to you and your team. We also know that waiting without updates can be frustrating.

Our goal is simple: Keep you informed without you ever having to ask!

We’re continuing to grow, improve, and invest in ways to make your experience with Kreator Wear even better.

Quality has always been our priority. Now we’re taking customer service to the next level. 🤘

Figured out a way to give a timeframe to customers:

Customer: “What’s your turnaround”

Me: “Less than 6 weeks”

Thoughts? I feel like if I tell customers 2-4 weeks, they’re disappointed by week 3. This also gives me a little time just in case UPS wants to hold my packages for a few days.

Also, if you need jerseys within 1-2 weeks (rushed), $5 will have to be added to the price of jerseys. So $40 for rushed, $35 for standard. I think that’s pretty fair.

Always open to hearing thoughts and suggestions from the KTK community. 💯
