I use organizing products all the time, but some of them are really just a Band-Aid for poor closet design.

Extra hanging organizers. Stackable shelves. Shoe racks sitting on the floor. Bins trying to make awkward shelves functional.

They can help, but they’re often solving a storage problem that could have been avoided with a better-designed closet.

A well-designed closet should make use of the full space, give your belongings a logical home, and work for the way you actually live.
