Manufacturing Day brought students from the Wayne County Schools Career Center and Orrville City School District to learn about the career opportunities Will-Burt has for graduating high school students along with internship opportunities and summer help programs. Students toured our service, welding, machining, and paint departments hearing from our employee-owners about what it's like to work at Will-Burt. We always love to welcome local schools to tour our facilities to showcase what our community has to offer as well as having an open door for future employee-owners!

This recognition highlights the power of a strong partnership built around a shared mission: delivering solutions that help save lives and make communities safer.
