Kansas City is changing fast. ⚡️

Between data centers, power plants, new development, and growing energy needs, a lot of local communities are trying to figure out what that means for the people who live nearby.

Growth is complicated, especially when it starts affecting local residents’ everyday life.

More power is needed. More infrastructure is being built. But the people living closest to it are the ones who feel it first.

That is why these conversations matter. Energy is not just a big-picture issue. It affects neighborhoods, farms, businesses, and families right here in Kansas City.

We get it… cost matters. But other factors matter more!

• How much experience does the company have?
• Are they pushing you into a sale or empowering you?
• Does the whole thing seem too good to be true?

What is more important than cost though? Working with someone you trust who will get the job done right. Because in the end a botched solar system will cost you much more both monetarily and mentally.

A negative electric bill? Yes, please!

This client’s system was turned on earlier this year, and his recent bill came back at negative $14.35. He was thrilled and shot us a text to show us a copy of the negative bill he received.

Spring and fall are usually when homeowners can see strong production, and this was a fun reminder of why we love getting those updates from our clients. ⚡️

One of the biggest red flags in solar is when the numbers sound a little too perfect. Production estimates matter. Utility savings matter. But they need to be realistic. Overpromising is where people get burned, and that’s exactly what we try to avoid.

There’s nothing wrong with talking about percentages. But if the whole pitch depends on perfect production numbers and huge savings promises, it’s worth asking more questions.

We would rather be conservative and accurate than overpromise and leave someone disappointed later.

Clearwater, Florida… we love you!

We took a week of much needed time off this past week. Being a family owned and operated business it can be hard to get away, especially during busy season (summer & fall).

It was nice to disconnect from work, be present with our family and soak in some salt water and sun. We are back in office starting on Tuesday! 👊🏼

Going solar is one of the best answers to the problem of high energy bills and rate hikes you seemingly can’t escape.

With solar you’re essentially locking in at today’s current rate because you will be producing the energy you need yourself!

Energy has been announcing for over a year now that rate hikes of anywhere from 10-20% will be happening soon and continue to rise each year due to data centers and power plants.
