You think a system will make you less creative. That’s backwards.

It’s not a rulebook that flattens your ideas. It’s the structure that holds the weight of the business so your mind doesn’t have to.

Your team doesn't need you to solve everything. They need you to coach them through decisions.

Next time someone asks "what should I do?", flip it: "What are your options? What feels like the right next step?"

Then affirm their thinking or make any necessary corrections that are needed. Give them agency to move forward without you next time.
