As I get up to speed with the industry, I have seen and heard countless stories about how frustrated people are with the 'gotcha' introductory rates, price increases and hidden fees that many Internet Service Providers employ 😡 I have personally experienced those issues with ISPs I used in the past. Now, as a long-time DayStarr customer even prior to working here, I can say that my prices have not changed in the 8+ years I have used the service. In fact, the only change I experienced was a speed increase! What a difference in service 😁

New employee alert! 🚨

Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Candice and I'm a new Residential Sales Representative. A few facts about me: I love traveling (especially to Scotland), reading lots of books and being outdoors. I grew up nearby, but have been an Owosso resident for about 14 years. I've worked in customer service and sales for quite some time and I'm excited to join the DayStarr team.

As part of my training I went out into the field with our crew to see how they install our fiber. This is a picture of me in a crawl space, observing and helping in what ways I could (which, admittedly, wasn't much 😅). Does anyone else have fun crawl space stories? Let me know!

We’re proud to support organizations making a difference in our community!

DayStarr recently visited Voices for Children Advocacy Center Shiawassee to make a donation and support their efforts to bring comfort to children during difficult times.

Voices for Children is collecting individually wrapped, kid-friendly snacks and treats to help make visits a little more comfortable for the children they serve. If you’re looking for a way to give back, consider donating snacks or treats to support their mission!
