Join us Thursday, July 16th for Workplace Communication Fundamentals from 8:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. at the WKCTC Emerging Technology Center. This is the third workshop in the 2026 Leadership Mastery Series presented by WKCTC Workforce Solutions and The Leadership Center.

Participants will learn how to recognize common communication patterns, adapt their approach to different personalities, and create clearer, more productive conversations with coworkers, supervisors, and clients.

Thank you to PFGW Architects for sponsoring the Downtown Tour & Reception for our Paducah Chamber Summer Intern Initiative🗺📍

Local interns toured the Yesier Art Center, Columbia Theatre, and National Quilt Museum! They also learned the history of many of the buildings downtown and the flood wall murals. A special thank you to Jeff Canter with PFGW Architects for always doing a wonderful job of leading this tour.

After the tour, interns had the chance to network with Paducah Young Professionals and Chamber Board Members at a reception at Mi Lindo!

Are you ready to take your business to the next level? The Paducah Chamber’s Small Business Cohort offers hands-on support and expert guidance to help you grow. Applications are open!

What’s the time commitment for this program? This five-month program is designed with busy small business owners in mind. With two sessions each month from June through October, we’re dedicated to keeping these sessions intentional and worth your time. Sessions are held at the Commerce Center (300 S. 3rd St.) on Wednesday mornings.

Earlier today, local educators toured the DOE Paducah Site as part of the Paducah Chamber's Educator Externship Program.

The goal of this program is to help local teachers, counselors and administrators gain first-hand knowledge to connect the dots from classroom to careers.

Thanks to our Presenting Sponsors Four Rivers Nuclear Partnership and Swift & Staley Inc. and Supporting Sponsor Mission Conversion Services Alliance, the first 10 educators who registered and completed the program received a $100 stipend.

Our next Educator Externship is Tuesday, June 23rd. Educators will participate in River Industry Day. Register today!

Congratulations to Leadership Paducah Class #39 on their graduation. Their graduation ceremony was held during the June Power in Partnership Breakfast.

Kalea Henderson was voted as Outstanding Class Member by Leadership Paducah Class #39.

Class #39 began their journey with a two-day retreat in August and have since participated in monthly sessions running through May. These sessions included community tours, presentations, and leadership enrichment activities that explore key aspects of the community.

They now join a distinguished group of alumni who are making a difference across Paducah and the region!

Calling all Intern Initiative participants and Paducah Young Professionals! Have you registered for Tuesday's Downtown Tour and Reception sponsored by PFGW Architects?

This is your chance to experience a private tour of our historic downtown area! Area interns are invited to participate in a tour from 3:00 - 5:00 p.m., and will be greeted by PYP Members and Paducah Chamber Board Members at a reception from 5:00 - 6:00 p.m. at Mi Lindo Michoacan's downtown patio.
