We’re proud to share that INTEC Group has been awarded the Design-Build Renovation of Barrack Building 4057 at Fort Campbell, marking the 7th barracks renovation our team has been trusted with since 2021.

To date, we’ve completed five barracks renovations, are currently working on our sixth, and with this latest award our total barracks renovation work at Fort Campbell is approaching $100 million. That’s a milestone we’re incredibly proud of!

These projects matter. Where Soldiers live matters — to their morale, their readiness, and their families. We’re honored to play a role in modernizing these spaces and supporting the mission at Fort Campbell.

This work wouldn’t be possible without the leadership of Mike Anson, our Senior Project Manager over the barracks program, and the dedication of our subcontractor partners who show up every day and do outstanding work.

Thank you to MICC Fort Campbell for the continued trust, and thank you to the entire INTEC team for making this happen.

🎉 We are honored! INTEC Group, LLC has officially been named to the 2025 Latino Leaders Index500, recognizing the 500 largest Latino-owned companies in the United States. 🙌🇻🇪🇺🇸

This achievement is especially meaningful because of the story behind our company — a story rooted in grit, courage, and the unshakeable leadership of our president, Ines Rivas-Hutchins, who was born in Venezuela.

When Ines first arrived in Paducah, Kentucky, she came with a strong desire, a strong construction background, and yes — a strong accent.

“In those first days when I arrived in western Kentucky from Florida bearing my Venezuelan accent, I wasn’t sure I could make it work,” Ines recalls.
But make it work she did — and then some.

In an industry traditionally dominated by men, Ines built a thriving construction company from the ground up. Her determination and vision have propelled INTEC into national recognition, federal contracting success, and now into the ranks of the most impactful Latino-owned businesses in the country.

💼 So what is the Index500?
The Latino Leaders Index500 honors the largest and most influential Latino-owned companies nationwide based on revenue. Being included in this list means INTEC is not only growing — we’re helping lead the way for Latino entrepreneurship, economic impact, and representation in the construction industry.

We are incredibly proud of this moment, our team, and our founder who proves every day what resilience and leadership look like.

Here’s to breaking barriers, building opportunity, and continuing to turn visions into reality.

Today, we honor the service members deployed worldwide. Their commitment, sacrifice and dedication to defending our nation deserve our gratitude.

This Hispanic Heritage Month, we’re shining a spotlight on the more than 5 million Hispanic-owned businesses that fuel America’s economy and make our communities thrive.

Take Ines Rivas-Hutchins, for example—she didn’t just dream about starting her own construction company, she made it a reality. After working in the field for years, a mentor’s encouragement gave her the push she needed. In 2014, she launched INTEC Group, LLC , and now, she’s landing federal contracts and mentoring other women to do the same.
