Something special is about to arrive at TerraVin.

After much anticipation, we are thrilled to introduce two new additions to our portfolio: Aura Blanc de Blancs and Aura Rosé, both crafted in the traditional Méthode Champenoise.

Elegant, expressive, and beautifully crafted, Aura represents a new chapter for us. From the first delicate bubbles to the final sip, these wines were created to celebrate life’s memorable moments—the big milestones, the spontaneous gatherings, and everything in between.

Aura Blanc de Blancs offers bright citrus, crisp orchard fruit, and vibrant freshness, while Aura Rosé brings beautiful notes of strawberry, raspberry, and a refined, lingering finish. Both showcase the complexity and finesse that only traditional bottle fermentation can achieve.

Whether you’re raising a glass with friends on our patio, celebrating a special occasion, or simply enjoying a beautiful Colorado evening, Aura was made for moments worth remembering.

We now have music on Sundays!

June is shaping up to be one of our best months yet at TerraVin Cellars.

From live music on the patio and Cellar Sessions with some of the Valley’s favorite performers, to great food, wine, spritzers, sparkling wine, and Frozés, we’ve packed the calendar with plenty of reasons to gather with friends and family.

And here’s something new we’re especially excited about — we now have live music on Sundays! Our patio just got a bit more fun. Join us on select Sunday afternoons for great music, great wine, and a perfect way to wrap up the weekend.

Whether you’re joining us for an evening of music under the Colorado sky, grabbing a hot Neapolitan pizza, enjoying authentic Mexican cuisine, or simply relaxing with a glass of wine on the patio, there’s something happening almost every week this month.

We’re especially excited to welcome back many of your favorite musicians and food vendors while continuing to create the kind of atmosphere that makes TerraVin a place to slow down, connect, and make memories.

Club Terra members — this one’s for you. 🍷

Looking for a wonderfully simple, fun pairing for your latest release of TerraVin’s 2024 Syrah? One of our favorites is also one of the classics — a beautifully prepared burger on a brioche bun and a glass of expressive Syrah shared with friends around the table.

These sliders were absolutely delightful and made for an easy evening of good food, good wine, and even better conversation.

We topped them with vine-ripened tomatoes and a simple butter lettuce slaw that couldn’t be easier to make:

• Butter lettuce, chopped
• Salt + cracked black pepper
• A splash of vinegar
• A drizzle of olive oil
• A spoonful of mayonnaise
• A touch of tomato paste
• Pinch of sugar

Mix together until lightly creamy and toss over the warm sliders just before serving.

The richness of the burger, the freshness of the slaw, and the depth of the Syrah came together beautifully — classic comfort elevated just enough.

Burger & Syrah might just become your new favorite pairing night. 🍔🍷
