Friendly reminder to all of our valued customers that currently use traditional analog, copper-wire telephone lines otherwise known as POTS (Plain Old Telephone Service) as the communication path for your home alarm system.

Many phone service providers are upgrading the lines to fiber. Your alarm system cannot communicate on fiber lines and will need a different form of alarm communication to the alarm monitoring station.
