Don’t forget -

That adding ( electrolytes ) is needed - when your horses aren’t drinking enough during cooler weather !

A lot horses tend to colic change of weather and less drinking ! Have your minerals handy. Extra forage is near with colder temps !

Until ( 2 ) clients needing services …

I always ask upfront ( please make sure ) you have those don’t waste my time
As I don’t yours - then there won’t be an issue on moving forward with services ( do not ask for services when you are not ready and your horses are not ready to move forward) I will not and have never ( train any horses at anyone’s property ) other then where I do all the handling myself in my space I do not travel to work people’s horses at their homes

Please do not ask that there’s reasons of why I choose not to

For one ( travel ) would be expense to you not me for me to come
Two your facility and place needed ( would have to be training ) facility for a trainer to train
Three ( horses sent off for training ) sent off key work ( is ideal ) to where there not comfortable doing their own thing and getting by with bad habits or start new at their stomping ground

Four ( liability ) nothing more I can say with that

I try to help all I can and be there for someone that needs the help … always have been that way but I cannot anymore you have to obey to me as If I was a 5 million dollar trainer at a 5 million dollar barn … my rules apply just like anyone else’s.

- contract is signed day you pay ( is my job ) to make sure ( things are done ✅ )

I run a business not your Nebor next door play barn - I have folders of contracts feed bills money trains receipts of everything involved
I have a tax guy ( I have names numbers and address of every person ) consignment and contracts filings everyone gets a copy of contract they sign -

If we make an oral agreement over the phone or in person ( you decide you wanna be dishonest ) that’s something you have to live with but at the end ( there’s still a contract that needed signed or was signed ) I DO NOOO JOBS without a contract that involves me and horses not mine ( everyone is told over the phone about contracts and everyone meets with contracts )

It’s always been that way. Will always be that way.
I find myself getting into bad situations when I try to be nice and help ( helping ) gets me screwed in the end for not being ( demanding ) upfront bc I try to work with people. I have to take care of my self just as any other business owner and financially
