Today was Grounded & Gorgeous with Haus of Flo, and this is exactly why I love creating events like this.

Pilates, portraits, connection, laughter, and so many beautiful women showing up for themselves.

There’s something special about bringing women together in a space where we can move, connect, have fun, and step in front of the camera feeling confident and completely ourselves.

A little BTS from such a fun afternoon. Thank you to everyone who came and made today so special, and to Haus of Flo for creating this with me.

My inner child was VERY happy today.

Spent the morning at The Mahj Bar in Allendale for another amazing BCPWN Founder Experience, and seriously, what a FUN space. Colorful, playful, gorgeous, and filled with so many little details that just make you smile.

I loved hearing from founders Alix Burns and Katie Kanning, connecting with women I hadn’t met before, and getting to catch up with so many familiar faces too.

This is exactly why I love being part of BCPWN. Beautiful spaces, creative women, new connections, and mornings that leave you feeling inspired.

And now I kind of want to play Mah Jongg…

Just me, my mop, and a completely unnecessary amount of dancing.

What a WEEK at the studio. So many women came through these doors for events, photos, conversations, laughs, and all the fun.

Today was cleanup day, and somehow even that turned into a good time.

I really freaking love this place.

You do NOT need to be experienced at Pilates. You do NOT need to know anyone. And you definitely do not need to know what to do in front of my camera. That part is my job.

Come by yourself or bring your favorite workout bestie.

We’ll move, laugh, connect, take some gorgeous portraits and spend a few hours doing something really good for our bodies and our minds.

The studio is READY and I am SO excited for tonight!!!

Embroidery Babes is taking over AnyaFoto tonight and I cannot wait for a room full of amazing women, beautiful custom embroidery, shopping, mingling, portraits, drinks, laughs and all the good energy.

There is something special about walking with women who just get it.

A beautiful morning in Ridgewood, great conversations, new connections, lots of laughs, and plenty of steps. I loved meeting so many incredible women in business who genuinely support and encourage one another.

And of course, we had to end the walk with a delicious treat from ToastiRidgewood
