🦆 Getting their ducks in a row… one culvert at a time! 🚜

Barker Ranch has been planning this project for several years, and we were excited to help turn those plans into reality! Our C&E crew dug new canals, built levees, and installed culverts with inlets and outlets—all designed to get the water flowing exactly where it needs to go.

🚜 Making the grade at Reimann! 💪

When you've got a BIG project, you need someone who knows how to make things level!

Meet Sal, one of C&E's experienced grader operators. He's putting his skills to work at the Reimann Industrial Center Project, leveling the ground for our water tower and creating a parking area for our crew.

It might look easy, but getting the grade just right takes years of experience, a good eye, and good GPS equipment!! 👷🚧

Who else finds it satisfying to watch a skilled operator make rough ground smooth? 🙋

💃 Who says excavators can’t dance? 🕺

No dance lessons required—just skilled operators, teamwork, and a whole lot of coordination! 💪🚧 It takes some serious choreography to get three excavators working in perfect sync!

At the Reimann Industrial Center Phase 3 Waterline Project for the Port of Pasco, our crew carefully coordinated all three machines to lower a steel casing containing a steel pipe into place for a road crossing.

The Reimann Industrial Center is the Port of Pasco’s industrial development occupying 147 acres on the east side of Railroad Avenue, between Foster Wells Road and Vineyard Avenue. We’re excited to be part of building the infrastructure that will support future businesses in this growing area!

🚜 Big spaces. Big equipment. And a little tailgate talk! 💪

Out at the Reimann Industrial Center Project for the Port of Pasco, there's plenty of room for the big machines to get to work!

But even on a BIG job, it's the little things that matter—like taking a few minutes for a tailgate meeting to make sure everyone is on the same page.

What's bigger—the equipment or the teamwork? 😄

No gym membership needed on this job! 💪😂

Our crew helped out the City of Richland Government replacing a pump and seal on a 12-foot slide gate. Jack got his upper-body workout in by manually opening and closing the gate about four times that day. Meanwhile, Sal provided some expert coaching from the sidelines. 😄

With Sal directing and Vince and Jack down in the pump area getting it done, it was another good day of teamwork and problem-solving for the C&E crew.

Things move a little faster in a time lapse! 😄

Here’s a look at the block wall going up on the side of the EL 80.6 Pumping Plant for the East Columbia Basin Irrigation District. This project is part of the Odessa Groundwater Replacement Program (OGWRP) delivery system.

Our subcontractor, Aden Masonry, did a great job on the block work. They were fast, efficient, and finished on schedule—but maybe not quite as fast as this video makes it look! 😂

We appreciate the opportunity to work alongside great subcontractors like Aden Masonry who help keep projects moving forward.

Building more than infrastructure—we’re building the next generation of skilled tradespeople. 👷‍♂️🚧

Meet Cooper and Jack, two of C&E’s apprentices working on the West Orchard Project in Hermiston. On this project, our team installed more than 3,000 feet of new water main and connected 40+ services to the new line.

Cooper is beginning his second year in the apprenticeship program, while Jack is just getting started. C&E currently has three team members enrolled in the Inland Northwest AGC's Apprenticeship Program, gaining hands-on experience while building a career in excavation and construction.

We love seeing the next generation learning the trade, working alongside experienced crews, and becoming an important part of the C&E team!

I stopped by the job site just in time for lunch—and these guys know how to pack a lunch! Chicken sandwiches, cookies, rice, beans, Tapatío (yes, the WHOLE bottle 😂), and homemade ceviche. Javier was especially proud to point out, “My wife made the ceviche!” 🌮🍪

A good lunch makes a hard day’s work just a little better! What’s your favorite thing to find in your lunch box? 🥤🍪🌮

We recently had the opportunity to help the Richland Riders Club solve a muddy problem by installing new infiltration trenches to improve drainage around their property. 💧🚜Keeping water where it belongs means less mud, better access, and a property that's ready to enjoy year-round.

Even better than a job well done is hearing directly from the customer: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
