I stopped by the job site just in time for lunch—and these guys know how to pack a lunch! Chicken sandwiches, cookies, rice, beans, Tapatío (yes, the WHOLE bottle 😂), and homemade ceviche. Javier was especially proud to point out, “My wife made the ceviche!” 🌮🍪

We recently had the opportunity to help the Richland Riders Club solve a muddy problem by installing new infiltration trenches to improve drainage around their property. 💧🚜Keeping water where it belongs means less mud, better access, and a property that's ready to enjoy year-round.

When a sewer line plugs up, there's no time to waste. 🚨 Our crew jumped into action to get things flowing again!

This repair wasn't as simple as digging a hole. We had an existing water line, other underground utilities, and a damaged sewer line all sharing the same workspace. That's where Ray's Twilight Septic Service's hydro vac truck became the MVP. 💪

By carefully vacuuming around the utilities instead of digging blindly, we safely exposed everything without causing additional damage. Then our crew supported the existing water line so we could work underneath it and make the sewer repair the right way.

Problem solved. Utilities protected. Sewer back in service. ✅ Sometimes the best excavation is the dirt you don't dig with a bucket. Big shoutout to the crew for working safely and getting this one wrapped up quickly!

Ever tried building a garage around a parked truck? 😄 That's a little like this project we are working on for the City of Hermiston.

Instead of installing the pumping system after the building was finished, we're building the building around equipment that's already in place. It takes planning, communication, and a whole lot of teamwork to make it all come together.

A huge shoutout to our incredible subcontractors! 👏 From the concrete work and masonry to the framing, roofing and all the details in between, everyone has been doing outstanding work. It's been fun watching each trade jump in, do their part, and keep the project moving forward.

Projects like this are a great reminder that the best results happen when everyone works together toward the same goal. Special thanks to: Dakota Concrete, Silverline LLC, PMI Masonry, Circle K Enterprises and C&C Construction. It's been great to work with such great companies. Thanks to everyone helping bring this one to life!

Most days, the front seat of the work truck hauls muddy boots, paper plans, hard hats, and enough dirt to start another job. But today? Flowers! 🌸I'm not sure the truck knew what to think. It may have been the prettiest it's ever looked.

I picked these from my garden, thanks to Marla who introduced me to them, and delivered them to the office. Figured they deserved something prettier than an invoice for once. 😄 We are so thankful for the office crew and all they do. Shout out to Ana, Jose, Sheila (pictured) & Paige!

It is great to be helping the City of Richland with upgrades to the Jeanette Taylor Skate Park that will create an even better place for the community to gather, ride, and have fun. We love being part of projects that leave a lasting impact for future generations.

Big things start with a strong foundation. 💪🚧

Our crew is making progress on the ECBID EL 80.6 Pumping Plant, an important part of the Odessa Groundwater Replacement Program. Every piece of rebar, every yard of concrete, and every hour on site is helping build infrastructure that will serve our agricultural community for generations to come.

It's amazing how a project changes in just a few months. Here are some photos of the East Columbia Basin Irrigation District's new pumping plant that we are building for the Columbia Basin farming community. It's great to be a part of this project.
