We are currently looking to fill 2 overnight positions (midnight to 8am or 11pm-7am), 1 full time and 1 either part or full time. We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and all positions include weekends and holidays.

We are a local and nationwide INBOUND call center based in Paso Robles. We DO NOT make outbound cold calls and there are no quotas to fill or deadlines to meet.

This is an entry level position with training provided, we want everyone to succeed and enjoy coming to work! This is a perfect position for a college student because you can study in your down time!

All applicants must:

Type at least 20 wpm (message templates are short! Name, phone #, etc)
Spell and use grammar properly (correct spelling of names and addresses is critical!)
Be compassionate and understanding with callers who may be experiencing stressful situations.
Read and follow directions exactly (each account has its own set of procedures)
Have excellent communication skills.
Applicants must keep any cell phones and/or any other electronic devices off/silent and put away in a personal bag or vehicle. This is due to HIPAA laws and regulations. We are also a drug and alcohol free environment.
