We were too busy enjoying the Churrasco at the new Fogo de Chão in Peabody to take pictures!

From the Market Table to appetizers to every possible cut of meat, it is impossible to leave hungry. Definitely recommend trying the Caipirinha cocktail (we had the strawberry hibiscus) for a delightful beverage made at our table.

If you are still hungry be sure to order a slice of Chocolate Molten Cake dripping with chocolate ganache.

Fogo de Chao opens to the public on September 14th and is located at Northshore Mall.

Sometimes, you become the connection that helps someone else succeed.

At a recent Coffee Talk, Danielle Fermano, owner of Basket Design, was recognized for doing exactly that.

Danielle was thanked for making an introduction and helping someone expand their network by inviting her to be a guest at a PACC event. Another recognized that Danielle's service of sending curated baskets to their customers was making a positive impact.

But the bigger story is this:

Danielle isn't just building her own business. She's helping other businesses build theirs.

That's what a strong chamber network looks like.

You show up.
You get to know people.

Wedding/event planner by day, owner Jennifer also shares her talent and inspiration with hands on workshops for us regular folks.

Please join us with a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony to welcome the Paul F. Duffy Family Scholarship Fund to the Peabody Area Chamber of Commerce!🎉

Every year The Paul F. Duffy Endowed Scholarship Fund is awarded to a student enrolled at Bishop Fenwick High School that resides in either Peabody or Lynn. The scholarship will be awarded to a student with high demonstrated need, strong academic standards, and participates in extracurricular activities at the school. The endowed scholarship will remain in perpetuity at the school and will support generations of Fenwick students.

Located in downtown Peabody, Dance with Dena has been bringing energy, confidence, and a love of dance to the North Shore for 30 years! Owned and operated by former Patriots cheerleader Dena Thibodeau, the studio offers a fun and welcoming environment for dancers ages 2 and up.💃

Dancers can explore a variety of classes including Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop and more. Their talented Dream Team has also had the opportunity to perform at Boston Celtics games, Canobie Lake Park, Providence Bruins games, and local charity events!

We’re so excited to have Dance with Dena as part of our Chamber community and look forward to supporting all they do!

Pride in Peabody is a partnership between the Peabody Area Chamber of Commerce and the City of Peabody, working together to bring color, beauty, and a little extra community pride to our downtown.

The flower baskets are a small detail that makes a big difference. They help create a more welcoming downtown for the businesses that call Peabody home, the residents who live here, and the visitors who come to shop, dine, work, and explore.

And none of it happens alone. It takes businesses willing to invest, a City willing to partner, and a community that believes Peabody is worth investing in.

Pride in Peabody Sponsor Spotlight: Fair 🌸

Did you know the Topsfield Fair got its start right here in Peabody?

Before the fairgrounds moved north, the fair was held near today’s Emerson Park, with the grounds stretching from King Street to Franklin Street.

The site featured a racetrack, grandstands, livestock buildings, and even fruit and flower exhibits held at Peabody Town Hall.

In 1910, the Essex Agricultural Society moved the fair to Treadwell Farm in Topsfield—where this beloved New England tradition continues today.

So while the Topsfield Fair may call Topsfield home now, a little piece of its history will always belong to Peabody.

We’re grateful to have the Topsfield Fair as a Pride in Peabody sponsor and to celebrate the history, traditions, and connections that make our region so special.
