Big futures start with big opportunities.

Earlier this month, Allied Fire Protection participated in Alvin ISD’s Signing Day event to celebrate five graduating seniors from JB Hensler College & Career Academy who officially signed to join our team.

These students first connected with Allied during the HireUp Alvin ISD event, and now they’re preparing to launch their careers in the fire protection industry later this month with Allied.

We’re proud to support workforce development programs that connect students to meaningful careers and hands-on industry experience from day one.

For the last stop on this year's Annual Day of Giving trail our Tampa Team took center stage, spending the day out in the community focused on service, connection, and making a difference where it really matters. In Wimauma Park in Tampa, the team dedicated their time to a community tree giveaway that supported local needs and community spaces.

At Allied Fire Protection, giving back isn’t just something we do, it’s a valued part of who we are. Our Day of Giving is a companywide tradition, with each of our offices closing for the day so our teams can focus on supporting the communities that support us. And true to our motto, we work hard and play hard, wrapping up the day with our annual spring picnic.

We’re grateful to our local Tampa partners Keep Tampa Bay Beautiful and the Arbor Day Foundation who organized the tree giveaway and helped guide our efforts throughout the day. Their insight and collaboration ensure our time and resources are directed where they can make the most meaningful impact, strengthening the communities we are proud to be part of.

Our Nashville team joined the effort for this year’s Day of Giving, stepping out into the community to dedicate their day to service and support at the Nashville Zoo. From start to finish, the focus remained on rolling up their sleeves and contributing to projects that uplift local spaces providing safe community space for our neighbors.

Last week, members of the Allied Fire Protection team had the opportunity to visit the Texas A&M University-Higher Education Center at McAllen to speak with Junior and Senior Construction Management students about careers in the fire & life safety industry.

Students heard firsthand from our operations leaders, design professionals, and project managers about the impact, opportunities, and career paths available within our industry.

We’re always grateful for opportunities to connect with future industry professionals and share what makes a career in fire & life safety both meaningful and rewarding.

Last week, our San Antonio team proudly took the lead in our annual Day of Giving, dedicating their time and energy to giving back and making a difference in the local community. Unfortunately, due to the severe weather, we had to bring our community service indoors, but that couldn’t stop our Allied giving spirit! The San Antonio team was able to collect and donate 966 lbs. of non-perishable food items. That equates to 760 meals for those in need.

At Allied Fire Protection, giving back isn’t just something we do, it’s a valued part of who we are. Our Day of Giving is a companywide tradition, with each of our offices closing for the day so our teams can focus on supporting the communities that support us. And true to our motto, we work hard and play hard, wrapping up the day with our annual spring picnic.

We’re incredibly appreciative of San Antonio Food Bank San Antonio Food Bank a local organization fighting hunger, and feeding hope, for partnering with us to get our donations distributed where they are needed most. Working alongside groups such as this allows us to extend our reach, strengthen community ties, and ensure our time is spent making the greatest possible impact.

This past week, our Austin team stepped up to carry the momentum of our annual Day of Giving, dedicating their time and energy to making a meaningful difference across their local community. From community beautification and clean-up projects to food service, and supporting community spaces in and around Austin, TX, the day was packed with hands-on service and a shared commitment to leaving a positive mark.

At Allied Fire Protection, giving back isn’t just something we do, it’s a valued part of who we are. Our Day of Giving is a companywide tradition, with each of our offices closing for the day so our teams can focus on supporting the communities that support us. And true to our motto, we work hard and play hard, wrapping up the day with our annual spring picnic.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with local Austin organizations like Hungry Souls at Bannockburn Church, Austin Baptist Chapel at Angel House Soup Kitchen, and Mobile Loaves & Fishes at Community First! Village that help connect us to the areas of greatest need. Working alongside these partners allows us to extend our reach, strengthen our impact, and continue building lasting relationships within the community.
