Full-circle moment ..
I graduated from Keiser University in 2014, and today I had the chance to come back and share my journey as an OTA and the heart behind The Mingle Club.

Occupational therapy lives between health and real life — in routines, relationships, and belonging. It taught me that progress matters more than productivity, and that environments aren’t neutral — they can either disable or empower.

That mindset is exactly what led me to create The Mingle Club — a community-based space focused on connection, confidence, and belonging for adults with disabilities. It’s an extension of my work as a therapist, just in a different setting.

Grateful for opportunities like today to share this work and these values. 💙
