This afternoon members of the Perry Fire Department had the opportunity to demonstrate vehicle extrication skills to the Wyoming County Sheriff's Explorers.
After a brief demo of our tools and techniques, our members assisted the Explorers as they got hands-on with the extrication tools on a vehicle generously donated by Eddie's Collision.
It's always great to work with our law enforcement partners and show the next generation how fire and law work together on motor vehicle accidents — whether you're career, volunteer, or law enforcement, we're all on the same team.
Thank you to Eddie's Collision for the car and to the Wyoming County Sheriff's Office for bringing out the Explorers

P.S we gave the explorer the fire exam information

Dedication is showing up after a long day's work. Our new members are out here 2-3 times a week doing air pack training and putting in the miles. If you see them out, give them a wave — they're friendly
