We have two meetings coming up this month and we hope to see you there!

☕ Tuesday, June 9 at 8am
📍 Market St. Coffee
Join us for our morning meeting with peer-to-peer networking, open conversation, and discussions centered around professional and personal growth.

📣 Tuesday, June 30 at 6pm
📍 Colonial Italian Restaurant & Pizza
We’ll start with networking, followed by a very special speaker, Samuel Martinez, founder of Hope in the Streets VA! Sam will share a powerful testimony and speak on the importance of our generation being involved in community outreach.

These meetings are geared toward ages 20-40 who are looking to grow personally, professionally, and within the community.

Big congratulations to Next Gen Leaders Group cofounders Joshua Perrine and Kelsey Conley for both being recognized at the SOVA Chamber of Commerce awards dinner! 🎉

Not only did they receive the Rookie of the Year award, but they were also recognized for making the Next Gen 40 Under 40 Leaders list.

Thank you to the SOVA Chamber of Commerce for an incredible evening and for recognizing so many great local leaders and businesses. We’re excited to continue growing, connecting, and making a difference in our community!

A big thank you to everyone who joined us this morning at Market St. Coffee! We were glad to have Dale Fater with Mortgages by Dale speak to the group about the importance of networking and getting in the right rooms. The conversation and discussion were great, and it’s been exciting to already see referrals happening within the group! 🤩

Our next meeting will be at Trapezium brewery from 5-7 April 29th where we will be merging with Petersburg Networking club! No speaker this time, just good conversation and new connections! 😊 See ya there!

🎯Sometimes the biggest difference between staying stuck and growing is simply being consistent.

You do not have to have it all figured out to keep showing up. Real growth happens when you stay involved, keep making connections, keep learning, and keep putting yourself in the right rooms even on the mornings when it would be easier not to.

That is what makes groups like Next Gen so valuable. Consistency builds relationships, creates opportunities, and keeps you connected to people who can challenge, encourage, and inspire you along the way.

Success is not always about making one huge move. A lot of times, it comes from the small decision to keep showing up!
