In 2014 Chandler dissolved Chandler Investments to focus on The Deal Broker Real Estate Auctions and other business opportunities as a speaker and coaching. In 2018 Chandler began to look at the potential of the Cannabis industry and sense has become hooked. Her new passion has led to the development of such companies as Vigor, the leading cannabis consulting firm in Georgia and CDXX & Friends the first ever Members only Cannabis Cooperative. Chandler advocates for fair Cannabis legislation that recognizes the hardships the Marijuana prohibition has had on minorities and takes a proactive approach to reparations. January of 2020 Ms. Chandler established The Real Hustle, a non-traditional, spiritual non-profit designed to help people grow spiritually while maintaining and or keeping a balance in all areas of life. The Real Hustle provides financial education, open religious and political discussions, business opportunities and more. She states “While I am a work in progress and am still finding myself spiritually, I understand the calling I have on my life. In my desire to not only leave a legacy but to directly help and influence people for the better, I have opened up and am ready to share my walk with the masses. I hope The Real Hustle will help many because I know you all will help me.”

How many courses have you purchased, webinars have you attended, books have you read, podcasts have you listened to and pieces of advice have you saved because you were absolutely going to come back to them later? 😂

At some point, we have to ask ourselves a different question: **How much of what I already know am I actually doing?**

Because sometimes we don't need more information. We need to make the call, send the email, follow up with the person we met three months ago, finish the plan we've been working on forever, or simply do the boring little things consistently enough to finally see a result.

I almost looked at my last event as a disappointment.

Then I realized it was exactly what needed to happen.

With a smaller group, we had deeper conversations. People shared resources, made introductions, and talked honestly about what they're looking for.

The biggest takeaway?

People aren't looking for another program to buy.

They're looking for a community they can trust.
