Join us for a joint conversation between the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue and the Philadelphia Department of Revenue to discuss how Act 21 of 2026 changes the requirements for collecting and remitting local sales tax. This webinar will clarify when purchases are subject to local sales tax, when vendors are responsible for collection and remittance, and whether previously filed returns may need to be amended.
